This Privacy Policy applies to the public Certified Laser Scanning website and its project and equipment-rental inquiry forms. It does not govern a customer's separate contract, project portal, third-party software account or another website reached through an external link.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you choose to enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, company, business email, phone number, project location, service or equipment need, project type, approximate scope, desired deliverable, schedule, requested rental dates and project description.
Our website forms do not accept file uploads. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, protected health information, export-controlled information or other sensitive personal data.
Technical and security information
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, browser or device characteristics, referring page, requested URL and security signals. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on inquiry forms to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store or transmit form entries or other page inputs.

Retention and security
The website does not write inquiry form contents to an application database. A validated submission is delivered to our business email environment, where it may become part of the inquiry, proposal, customer or project record. We retain that information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business relationship, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, security and legal purposes for which it was collected.
Safeguards include encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side field validation, restricted form origins, payload limits, a hidden spam field, per-IP rate limiting, Cloudflare Turnstile verification and an email destination configured outside the public HTML. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, or object to or restrict certain uses. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual or recordkeeping purposes.
You may decline to submit the form, but we may be unable to evaluate or respond to a project request without the required contact and scope information. Browser controls can limit cookies or site data, although doing so may prevent Turnstile or the inquiry form from functioning correctly.
Children's privacy
This business website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the inquiry forms.

We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
