Our commitment
We work to provide equal access to our service information, technical resources and project-inquiry process. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of design, development, content review and quality assurance rather than a one-time certification.
Accessibility benchmark
Our technical benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is used here as a practical engineering and content standard for the public website. It does not replace any legal obligation that may apply to a particular customer, contract or jurisdiction.
Supported accessibility features
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists and descriptive link text.
- A skip link, visible keyboard focus and keyboard-operable navigation, dropdowns, accordions, galleries and forms.
- Responsive layouts that support browser zoom, text enlargement and narrow-screen reflow.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative graphics.
- Programmatic form labels, required-field indicators, browser validation and announced status or error messages.
- Motion reduction when a visitor enables the reduced-motion preference.
- Color and contrast choices designed for Level AA readability without relying on color alone.
Testing and maintenance
We use automated accessibility tests, keyboard review, responsive reflow checks and browser accessibility-tree inspection across shared page templates and public routes. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so representative pages and interactive controls are also reviewed manually. We reassess accessibility when navigation, forms, content templates or third-party services change.
Third-party services
Inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. If the security verification or any other third-party component creates a barrier, use the email option below and we will provide another way to communicate the same project information.
Feedback and accessibility support
If you encounter a barrier, email rfi@certifiedlaserscanning.com with the subject “Website Accessibility Support.” Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
You may also use the protected inquiry form, select “Not Sure / Need Guidance,” and begin the project description with “Accessibility Support.” We will work to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while the barrier is reviewed.
