A Florida assignment begins with the project location, capture boundary, intended use and access plan. From Fort Lauderdale, we support South Florida and can mobilize statewide. Travel, site orientation, security, escorts, parking or loading, vertical access and work windows are confirmed in the scope instead of left as proposal assumptions.
Our experience includes high-rise and condominium environments in Miami and South Florida. Typical planning considerations include occupied areas, repetitive floors, façades, balconies, roofs, parking structures, vertical circulation, mechanical spaces and coordination between interior and exterior datasets. Scanning records only visible, accessible conditions, so owner-authorized access, vessel schedule, safety requirements, coordinate references and retrofit interfaces must be identified before mobilization.
The field plan is tied to the output: a registered point cloud, RCP/RCS or E57 exchange data, measured CAD documentation, selected existing-condition Revit modeling, coordination geometry or another agreed package. We confirm units, coordinates, software versions, model categories, tolerances, exclusions and review requirements before production.
Many projects are subject to nondisclosure agreements, security controls or owner privacy requirements. We do not publish protected client names, locations, imagery, dimensions or project outcomes.
